The Best Panini in Florence is not What Everyone Says
Ringing in the Christmas cheer with some 🔥 travel recommendations courtesy of yours truly. Christmas is the perfect time to start planning a summer trip. 😉
“The traveler who has once been from home is wiser than he who has never left his own doorstep.”
Here’s what’s on the itinerary today:
My newest travel theory
Stay in Todos Santos, Mexico
This is a property that I had booked but ended up canceling when my plans changed. I am still looking to visit this gorgeous area and maybe even this Airbnb.
This guesthouse is a designated guest favorite on Airbnb. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk to downtown.
Now why was I looking to visit this area? Great question. First of all, I love the desert and I love the beach. The fact that you can get both landscapes here is pretty darn cool. When it comes to attractions, outside of the popular tourist area of Cabo San Lucas, you have the gorgeous towns of Todos Santos and La Paz. The town of La Paz is roughly a 30-minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world — Playa Balandra. Lastly…fish tacos anyone?
Eat, Drink, and Be Merry in Florence, Italy
If you’re going to Florence, at some point someone will likely recommend you go to All'Antico Vinaio. Heck, it’s so famous that they’ve now opened multiple locations in the States. However if you’re looking to avoid a massive line, and get a better-tasting sandwich in the process, head on over to Ino. This small sandwich shop is right around the corner from the Uffizi Gallery and is home to the best panini that I had in Florence.
Experience in Beirut, Lebanon
Usually, I may throw a place like this in the eat and drink section, but because it is specifically recommended for sunset, experience it is!
This comes in as another recommendation from my sister’s recent trip to Beirut. It may not necessarily be a place you’ll want to grab dinner at, but for those looking to catch a glimpse of the sunset while grabbing a drink before dinner, just look at that stunning view!
Carry On
Travel Theory
I have a travel theory:
Going from park to park is one of the best ways to see a city 🌳
Parks are usually spaced out well enough that this strategy exposes you to a good amount of the different neighborhoods.
Plus, it prevents you from getting tired of concrete.
Thoughts?
